What is an endowment?

An endowment fund is a perpetual fund that is invested for growth and provides a source of ongoing annual support to address charitable causes. Consistent annual distributions, through up and down markets, create a mechanism for this forever fund.

Organizations that establish endowment funds are demonstrating the commitment that they will be fulfilling their mission for decades to come. An Endowment can also provide financial security to those organizations taking on new challenges or seizing new opportunities as they arise.

Individuals can establish named endowment funds at the JEWISH COMMUNITY FOUNDATION ORANGE COUNTY to support Temple Beth Tikvah and other organizations on an annual basis or as a legacy to their children to distribute.

What is a legacy plan?

The beauty of a Jewish legacy is that it's yours to create. You can leave a bequest to any program or institution that is close to your heart, like Temple Beth Tikvah.

Honor your lifetime of giving by including Temple Beth Tikvah in your will, trust, retirement account or life insurance policy.

Your Promise. Your Story.  Your Legacy.
